Third Album!!!
Lately it seems almost natural for teen pop stars to take a dramatic, turn on their post-18th birthday ) albums to signify their growth. Teen queen Miley Cyrus is the latest to ditch her pig-tails for leather on her new album, Can’t Be Tamed, which was released in June to tepid sales and tons of controversy.
Though the image shift is commonplace, don’t look to Miley’s pal Demi Lovato to continue the trend. Her next album will be something her fans and their parents can enjoy.
“I don’t think it’s going to change my image, not drastically,” Demi told E! News. “It’s going to be what you’re seeing of me right now. It’s going to be very Demi.”
Demi, who will star in the Disney Channel original movie Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam with the Jonas Brothers in September, says her third album will definitely be “more mature” but it will reflect her growing up in “a classy way.”
The new set will join Demi’s previous releases, Don’t Forget and Here We Go Again, which featured a collaboration with John Mayer.
I can't wait for her next album!

Demi Lovato posted on Twitter just a few weeks ago about her new song and JJJ has the details!
The 17-year-old singer posted, “Writing a song that I think my South American fans will love…. ;) this ones for you guys.”
Demi shared with JJJ exclusively at the 2010 VH1 Do Something Awards about the song, saying, “It’s a song that I wrote which has a very Spanish feel to it. I actually sing a bit of Spanish on the track too. It’s actually inspired by someone I met while I was in South America. It’s a true story and kind of like a fairytale.”

Clothing Line!
Demi Lovato seems to be following right behind fellow Disney stars Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez in more ways than one.
The ‘Sonny With A Chance’ star and singer will soon be showing off a clothing line at Target, reports MTV. Her line, D-Signed, will differ from Cyrus’ and Gomez’s in that it will reflect her Disney character as if the pieces are straight out of Sonny’s closet.
The line will reportedly include all the basics for girls ages 8 to 12, as well as jewelry and bags. Lovato’s new line is expected to hit Target stores August 1, 2010.
I love the idea of Demi having the line at Target because I always shop at Target!!

Demi Lovato let her fans know that she was in the studio recording her first song for her third album – and she wasn’t alone! Demi hit the studio with self-described “Multi Platinum Producer/Musician/Songwriter & Artist” Dapo Torimiro.
Dapo is not only a songwriter for the Disney Channel, but he also wrote music for the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,” which stars Demi and the Jonas Brothers.
